Microsoft Office PerformancePoint Server

Hot news from the Micrsoft! On 23rd Jan. 2009 Microsoft announced that Microsoft Office PerformancePoint Server will not be a separate product in the future, instead it will be incorporated into the Microsoft Office SharePoint Server.

According to SharePoint Team blog PerformancePoint scorecarding and dashboarding capabilities will now become part of SharePoint Enterprise CAL and available to customers who are on SharePoint SA. This means that customers who want to deploy PerformancePoint can do so today at no additional cost .
